Police were called to the 4100 block of Montgall on reports of gunshots fired in the area just after 2 a.m. on Nov. 28. and found a man shot in the street. The department reported 5,956 property crimes, for a rate of 47.6 per 1,000. He died a short time later at the hospital. It's technically a low risk, but treat it as a medium risk because it's just too easy to get distracted and make yourself a potential target.
