Charles Cheever Jr. has filed a lawsuit against his current Northeastside residence,Army Residence Community, a developmentthat housesretired military officersand their spouses, widows, or widowers. Two of Charlies daughters, Suzanne and Jean, are currently serving on the banks board of directors, and his son, Chris, is the Private Bank Business Development Senior Vice President, company officials said.
